Why Wizz Air shows no fixed checked-bag price

Wizz Air says baggage fees depend on your travel dates (peak or low season), how you pay (online, Call Centre or airport), and the bag's weight and size. Its fees page currently lists no bag prices. To see the real price, start a booking for your route and date, or open "Manage luggages" in your WIZZ Account for an existing booking. Buying at the airport costs more, and a handling agent may add its own fee on top.

Which Wizz Air fare includes which bags

Basic: the free 40 × 30 × 20 cm under-seat carry-on only. No trolley, no checked bag.
WIZZ Go: adds a 20 kg checked bag and seat selection. Check your booking to see whether your fare includes a trolley bag.

What rides free besides the carry-on

You can bring a coat or blanket, a mobile phone, reading material and airside duty-free purchases. Infants get a free 40 × 30 × 20 cm bag (max 10 kg), food for the flight, and a foldable pushchair, pram, travel cot or car seat, taken to the aircraft door or steps and then stowed in the hold. A neck pillow is not a separate free item and must fit inside your bag. One foldable pushchair per child can be checked free.
