Breeze’s published carry-on limit is 22 × 14 × 9 inches (handles and wheels included) and 35 lb. A full-size carry-on is paid on No Flex and Flex and included on Nice, Nicer, and Nicest. Inches are the official size; centimeters are converted. Compared with Avelo carry-on size (also 22 × 14 × 9) and Frontier carry-on size (24 × 16 × 10), Breeze matches the common budget-airline overhead size, but on No Flex and Flex that bag is paid, so “fits overhead” does not mean “free.”
